How can I get more information about your services?

I currently have a tied (specific contract time) contract with my current supplier, can I still become a customer?

Yes you can! Procurement of the energy supply is only part of our services. If you are tied to your current supplier today, we will start making purchases for the period after this commitment period.

Our other services can be used immediately, regardless of the duration of the current energy contract.

The other measures can bring savings and there is no reason to wait for them.

I received an invoice, what is it for?

We charge for our own services. The chosen energy company will then bill you separately, for their supplied energy.

Which energy companies do you work with?

We work with many energy companies. The chosen supplier for our customer means that they offer the right solution for our you. We also do not work with energy suppliers who use advance billing.

What happens after the contract is signed / accepted?

We start collecting information from your current suppliers. The responses are then analysed, and the products that suit you will be researched for the best price. Once we have found a suitable supplier and contract type, a new contract will be signed with the selected energy company. Reporting to the customer is continuous.

The other services, which focus on cost reduction, are delivered in parallel with the energy procurement.
